WE ARE THE PREFERRED PROVIDERS FOR MOST INSURANCE PLANS AND WILL GLADLY BILL THEM DIRECTLY

Insurance

Central Arkansas Testing & Therapy Center is contracted with the following insurance plans:

We have several therapists contracted with each payer, but not every clinician in our group is in-network with every payer listed. We will let you know when scheduling if your desired clinician accepts your insurance. We are NOT in network with Medicaid, including ARKids and the Passes, Medicare, Cigna, Tricare, AETNA, or Humana. * Our office is unable to bill psychological testing appointments to Optum. 

Our billing staff will provide you with an estimate of the costs of co-pay/co-insurance before your first appointment. Please be aware that insurance companies only provide us with a quote and will not guarantee payment.  Insurance coverage is a contract between the patient and the insurance company and they can only determine coverage when a claim is received.  There may be details in your policies that they do not check when providing estimates to our biller. While determining your own coverage and costs is not always easy, you are encouraged to verify your own benefits, and have an idea of cost, which is ultimately your responsibility, as you opted into your insurance plan. Some services may not be covered by insurance, including family therapy, and some types of assessment (e.g., stand-alone intelligence, career, and pre-employment). Any amounts for services not covered by insurance are your sole financial responsibility and will be billed to your credit or debit card on file. You are responsible for payment of all co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance at the time of service. 

PATIENT PAYMENT METHOD

Our billing department will process your payment for services on the date of service. We will charge your debit or card on file for financial responsibilities in connection with your care and treatment or missed appointment/early cancellation fees.   

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE, PRIVATE PAY, & OUT-OF-NETWORK

Clients without insurance, without coverage for mental health services, with services not medically necessary, with out-of-network insurance, or clients not using in-network insurance, are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) of possible charges for services. 

We do not submit claims on an out-of-network basis for our clients. Contact 501-764-3002 or email hello@centralartestingtherapy.com and request a "superbill" to personally submit to your insurer. Clients wishing to use out-of-network insurance coverage must pay their therapist’s self-pay rate at the time of service. 

CANCELLATION / 

NO SHOW POLICY

If you cancel your therapy appointment, you must provide 24 business hours' notice, or a $99 cancellation fee will be charged. For all testing appointments, a 72 business hours' notice must be provided, or there will be a $99 per booked hour late cancellation fee.
