Collin founded Central Arkansas Testing & Therapy Center in Conway, which is where his journey began. He moved to the "City of Colleges" in 2005 to attend the University of Central Arkansas. Like many young people, he was unsure what to expect during this new chapter, but felt that Conway was a place worthy of being called home. Originally an English major, he was fascinated with storytelling. During this time, he was drawn to others and their stories. He soon realized how studying psychology could bring about an opportunity to help others. He chose to leave Conway to finish his studies out of state and to begin his career. But he realized nothing felt like central Arkansas, and in 2015, he returned to Conway.
Over the next several years, he refined his practice, applied his skills, and built a foundation for professional excellence, but something was missing. Throughout this time, he longed to create a safe space where he could give back to the community he valued so much.
In 2023, his dream was realized and Central Arkansas Testing & Therapy Center opened. Located just a few roundabouts from UCA, his space is connected to his mission: to provide quality, compassionate, and ethical care. The years of memories provide a backdrop to achieve this goal. In many ways, Central Arkansas Testing & Therapy Center is Conway. Truly, the journey has come full circle.

In the therapy room, I enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and members of other marginalized groups.
If you choose to work with me, whether for therapy or testing, I want to help you identify your unique strengths and use your skills to overcome obstacles. If you are motivated and ready to discover new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving, we might be a good fit!
After earning my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & English from UCA in 2009, I went on to graduate with my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from a tiny school in Missouri called Forest Institute in 2012. Over the last 10 years, I have worked in several settings and am experienced in treating a variety of issues, including depression, grief and loss, life adjustments, and LGBTQ-specific issues. I also enjoy working with other helping professionals. Whether you are seeking consultation, therapy, or psychological testing, let’s collaborate and develop a plan of action. I am also telemental health counseling certified so I can provide online counseling to Arkansas residents.
Outside of the office, I enjoy working out, watching movies, collecting movie memorabilia, and spending time with my two pug babies, Izzy and Peanut. Sometimes they may make an appearance during a virtual session.
As a Licensed Psychological Examiner-Independent, I've honed my skills in areas such as behavior assessment, autism support, ADHD understanding, learning disabilities, and personality exploration. With a background that spans both community counseling and the academic sector, I've had the privilege of helping individuals across all walks of life navigate their unique challenges and journeys.
I approach each client's story with a warm, empathetic approach and a commitment to fostering growth. My philosophy centers on creating a safe and nurturing space where clients can share their concerns, struggles, and aspirations. Having grown up in a neighboring small town, I understand the importance of community and connection.
Beyond my work, I share a beautiful life with my husband, who is a minister, and our two energetic boys. Together, we find joy in supporting the UCA Bears and embracing the adventures that life offers. I invite you to take the next step on your journey of discovery and empowerment. Let's work together to unlock your personal puzzle, overcome challenges, and make goals for the future!
My name is Christina “Christi” Hall, and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), now practicing with Central Arkansas Testing & Therapy Center. I completed my Master of Social Work degree in 2015 and have since worked in various settings including community mental health, behavioral health programs, and substance use treatment with individuals, families, and groups. I work from a Person-Centered perspective and incorporate the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Trauma Focused), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Motivational Interviewing into my practice. I have training to utilize teletherapy services. Throughout my practice, I have worked with those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, major life changes, and problematic sexual behaviors. I have faith in a person’s ability to change, grow, and become whole. I hope to offer a space where you can feel comfortable to grow.
I am Laura Cecil, a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arkansas. While I may be new to this field, meeting people where they are is nothing new to me. I have spent my life caring for others. I grew up with a sister who has developmental delays, raised three boys (the hardest but best job ever!), and have been married for over 20 years. I grew up around addiction, ran a restaurant, and met with women facing crisis pregnancies - all of which shaped me into a compassionate, attentive, and person-centered therapist.
I completed my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy at The King’s University in Texas. During internship, I had the privilege of working with a wide range of inspiring people, including teenagers, young adults, couples, and the elderly. I’ve enjoyed working with such a diverse population—I thrive when working with a variety of individuals and groups. I also have experience working with individuals living with Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Schizoaffective Disorder.
My therapeutic approach currently includes person-centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Level 1 Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. I believe every person has the ability to change, grow, and heal. The journey to healing is unique and sacred, requiring a safe and therapeutic space. Our collaboration is essential to this process, and I look forward to creating that atmosphere for you.
